and scientific study purposes only. These products are intended solely for use by qualified
researchers, licensed professionals, educational institutions, and certified laboratories that
possess the proper training, equipment, and facilities necessary for the safe handling of chemical

Under no circumstances are Usaminos products intended for human consumption, veterinary
use, or any form of administration to living organisms. The materials sold by Usaminos are
not intended for use in diagnostic, therapeutic, cosmetic, recreational, or food-related
applications.
By purchasing from Usaminos, the buyer confirms that they are purchasing the product
exclusively for legitimate laboratory research purposes.

Buyer Qualification and Certification
By purchasing any product from Usaminos, the purchaser represents and warrants that:
 They are a qualified professional, researcher, institution, or authorized entity
experienced in handling laboratory chemicals.
 They possess the knowledge, training, and appropriate safety protocols required for
the safe storage, handling, and disposal of chemical materials.
 The products purchased will be used solely for lawful research purposes and in
compliance with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws and
regulations.
 They will not distribute, resell, or transfer these materials to any party that does not
meet the same qualifications and legal requirements.
Usaminos reserves the right to verify purchaser credentials and refuse or cancel any order at
its sole discretion.

Prohibited Uses
The following uses are strictly prohibited:

 Use of the product as an active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) in the manufacture,
formulation, or compounding of drugs intended for human or veterinary administration.
 Injection, ingestion, inhalation, topical application, or any other method of
administration to humans or animals.
 Use of the product in clinical trials, medical procedures, or medical treatments
without proper regulatory approvals.
 Use of the product for the development, manufacture, testing, or distribution of illegal
substances.
 Marketing or representing the product as suitable for human consumption, dietary
supplementation, or therapeutic use.
Violation of these restrictions may result in termination of purchasing privileges and possible
legal action.

Regulatory Compliance and FDA Statement
Products sold by Usaminos are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration
(FDA) for any use involving humans or animals. Any statements regarding these products have
not been evaluated by the FDA.
These materials are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical
condition.
It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that the purchase and use of these products

Assumption of Risk

By purchasing products from Usaminos, the buyer accepts full responsibility for:

 Compliance with safety protocols

The purchaser agrees that all risks associated with the use of these products are assumed
entirely by the buyer.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Usaminos, its owners, officers, employees, affiliates,
and suppliers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential
damages arising from:
 Improper storage, handling, or use of the product
 Use of the product outside of its intended research purpose
 Violation of applicable laws or regulations by the purchaser
 Misrepresentation or unauthorized resale of the product
In all cases, the maximum liability of Usaminos shall not exceed the purchase price of the
product.

Indemnification
The purchaser agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Usaminos and its affiliates,
officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs,
or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of:
 Improper or unlawful use of the products
 Breach of these terms
 Failure to comply with applicable laws or regulations
 Any injury, damage, or loss resulting from the purchaser’s handling or use of the
materials.

Right to Refuse Service
Usaminos reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order, terminate
accounts, or restrict sales if it suspects that a purchaser may misuse products or violate these
terms.

Agreement to Terms
By purchasing, receiving, or using any product sold by Usaminos, the purchaser acknowledges
that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this disclaimer and all terms
outlined herein.
